Barbara Bedestani
A graduate of Tulane University, Barbara Bedestani joined Coldwell Banker TEC as a full time realtor in 2006 after having worked in Bond Trading at Citigroup Capital Markets and Financial Advising at Morgan Stanley for the previous 5 years. Barbara specializes in working with new construction, historic homes, relocation, condos and investment properties including 1031 Tax Exchange. She obtained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation which is held by less than 1% of Realtors nationwide. A consistent award winner from her local board and her company, Coldwell Banker awarded Barbara the International President’s Circle award for her 2013 production, ranking her among the top 6% of Coldwell Banker’s 85,000 agents worldwide. Barbara’s sales thru 2022 are in excess of 145 Million with over 490 listing, selling and leasing transactions. Barbara lives in the Uptown New Orleans area with her husband, Ahmet Bedestani, two daughters and two very high maintenance crazy little dogs. When she's not selling real estate, Barbara enjoys volunteering with her girl's school, singing with The Truffle Honeys, cycling and just enjoying our beautiful city of New Orleans.
Candice Moses
Candice has been working in residential real estate since 2011, first in the New York City market, and now in New Orleans. Her experience ranges from multi-million dollar condo developments to small rental properties, and she strives to give each and each and every client the highest level of service with their real estate needs. She utilizes the valuable skill sets learned in the Manhattan real estate market such as impeccable communication, high level negotiation, and an ability to transact successfully with a wide range of people and personalities. She holds a dual degree from Indiana University in Business Administration and Voice Performance.
